Speed Floor - ESD SURFACE

Maintain ESD parameters

ESD floors require special attention and approach to fulfill their function. And it does not matter if it is a floor made of PVC, resin, concrete or another. Maintaining the parameters of conduction and discharge of electrical charges from the surface of the floor or their dispersion is precluded by the use of standard piling agents for their washing and cleaning. These create coatings that hinder such a flow of charges, and the “attraction of dirt” deepens this process. In our offer of service services, we offer professional cleaning and care of such surfaces with a guarantee of preservation, and in many cases even restoration of the ESD properties of these floors. The guarantee is supported by each issued certificate.

ESD without forging, picking and gluing

Making an ESD surface in places where it has not been used so far does not have to mean the need to tear up, remove the existing floors and install new floors with ESD properties in their place. We offer you the technology of making ESD holes on existing floors using conductive polyurethane coatings, which are applied to the currently functioning surfaces after their prior cleaning and preparation. This is a huge saving of time and money. And if we also use materials tinted in selected colors, we can get a diffusing ESD pad in a new, fresh, attractive look. New floor, with ESD properties 3x faster, 2 x cheaper? It’s possible.

And all this while maintaining the warranty for the floor, confirmed each time by a personal certificate issued to the  customer.

Speed Floor ESD - assembly, adaptation, service

Installation of modular surfaces

An excellent alternative to traditional resin or PVC “roll” antistatic floors are modular PVC ESD solutions. We always start their installation with the preparation of a detailed study and selection of elements. Assembly of elements usually takes place without gluing to the substrate and runs extremely efficiently. After installing the floor, it is connected to the charge discharge system, and a protocol is drawn up from the measurement of cross resistance. Due to the specialized nature of the floor, its installation can be carried out only in rooms and areas temporarily excluded from use. On the other hand, the operation of the floor can be started immediately after the completion of the work. In this way we can
instantly
create an ESD floor on any stable substrate.

Adaptation of existing floors - ESD surface

This service is performed using conductive colorless or dyed PU coatings. Almost any existing ordinary floor (PVC flooring, concrete, tiles, resin, etc.) can be quickly adapted to the ESD version as a dispersing floor. The service consists in removing all dirt and old care coatings and covering the floor with conductive coatings. By doing these works, we can simultaneously change the color scheme of the floor and even give it a new design. The whole is covered with a colourless conductive protective coating as a guarantee (up to 30 years) to preserve the appearance and parameters of the new floor. The guarantee is given in writing.

Servicing - ESD surface

Existing ESD floors (carpets or resins) should undoubtedly be subject to regular servicing. This is a guarantee of maintaining parameters in the field of antistatics and appearance. We start the service with thorough cleaning, removing dirt, stains and old care coatings affecting the parameters of the floor. Then the floor is protected with a colorless conductive protective coating that guarantees easy maintenance of the floor in cleanliness while maintaining its original ESD properties. All these activities are supported by each individual guarantee issued and the transfer of funds for daily care.
