Finish after others … It was assumed that all works in the automotive complex were to last approx. Three weeks. However, due to delays in the delivery of the ironwork, changes in the type of final workshop equipment and the implementation of some electrical installations, on which the Investor decided, we had to separate the task into two stages. Execution of a concrete floor slab with accompanying works and reconstruction of the sewage system and execution of the room drainage system – this was the first stage of works. In the latter, the entire concrete slab in all rooms was covered with a Speedfloor system floor, whose elements were selected in terms of strength and surface structure to the nature of the rooms and the type and size of loads occurring in them. Thanks to the use of different, but consistent colors of the tiles, it was also possible to plan and mark individual work, control and storage stations. Similar assumptions concerned the finishing of the wall surfaces in individual rooms, which were made respectively to the height of 2 and 4 m.
