Polishing

Planetary polishing
Why?
It is an inexpensive and the most effective technology dedicated to industrial and commercial floors. The undoubted advantage of this solution is that the polished concrete does not contain any upper layer that could be damaged during operation. Ordinary floor concrete (sometimes we start with milling) is ground, polished, and chemically hardened, creating a surface resistant to abrasion.
This is the industry’s lowest cost of 1 m² of flooring compared to other surfaces.
Water resistance, resistance to liquid penetration
A properly sanded and polished floor, protected with impregnants, is resistant to abrasion, and thus “does not dust” and is resistant to the ingress of dirt and liquids, and over time there are no problems with repeating renovation treatments.
Environmental Protection
It is a completely safe and ecological technology that does not use waxes, polyurethanes, solvents, volatile organic compounds, but only natural compounds.
Long service life and reliability
High resistance to abrasion and compression allow polished concrete to be kept in perfect condition for many years.
Economy
The surface of the floor made in this way allows to keep the maintenance and cleaning costs low, even if the floor is subjected to intensive use.
Gloss and decorative effect
Polished floors have a high gloss, but are not slippery. And the possibility of grading the depth of gloss and the selection in accordance with the customer’s expectations allow us to meet his expectations.
