Raised floors - monolithic
Similarly to modular solutions, it is a combination of a system of supports and slabs, but in this case the latter constitute a support structure and formwork for the layer of the floor underlay, in which it is applied in a liquid form on their surface, allowing for a smooth, durable and easy to arrange surface. The structure of the floor and the materials it is made of allow for the creation of a technical space from 56 mm to 350 mm in the 4th load capacity class and provide passive fire protection from the outside and inside up to 60 m.
Such a system can be used in:
- Standard office spaces
- Office rooms with increased utility loads
- Lecture halls
- Training and lecture rooms
- Treatment rooms
- Design offices
Properties:
- The system complies with the PN EN 13213 standard, taking into account the parameters of fire resistance, acoustic insulation and load class
- Mounting height of empty space up to approx. 119 mm
- Large light of the cross-section intended for installation > 95 %
- Formwork element with high bending strength – DFIR acc. EN 520
- Spacing of the grid of posts 600 mm x 600 mm
- Possibility of quick installation of the system: up to 300 m2 a day
