Modular ESD floor

Modular floor, made of 100 % high-end dyed PVC with the addition of electrically conductive fibres. Product from specialty lines, intended for rooms requiring electrostatic conductive flooring, including m.in: manufacture of electrical parts, automotive industry, explosion hazard rooms, electrical switchboards, data centers, laboratories, healthcare, etc. and meets the requirements of IEC 61340-5-1. It is a solution that can also be used in the highest load zones (strength up to 50 MPa) static and dynamic including such as transport roads for forklifts, wheeled vehicles, etc. High mechanical resistance combined with resistance to water, oils, cold and other chemicals make this floor ideal for many areas, while also improving the thermal and acoustic insulation of rooms and their aesthetics. The floor does not require the use of special procedures and means for maintenance.

The floor, in most cases, does not require gluing to the substrate, which causes it to be treated as a mobile floor, reusable. The substrate for this floor can be any type of flat, stable substrate e.g. concrete, resins, tiles, lastriko, thick steel sheets, modular and monolithic technical floors, spouts and screeds.

SpeedFloor Standard ESD boards are available in two colours and a orange-like surface texture.
