Royal Dispersion Adhesive – for PVC, Vinyl and Linoleum Linings
Ready-to-use, flexible adhesive in the form of a paste with an “opening time” of 20-30 min., for gluing the surface of floors to porous substrates: concrete, stone, wood and wood-based boards. Designed for gluing floor coverings such as: linoleum, vinyl, PVC and carpets on foam and textile bottom.
Remark! at least one of the bonded materials should be porous.
When sewing glue, you should:
- clean the substrate from dust and grease
- apply the adhesive with a triangular toothed putty B1 (for vinyl/PVC linings) or B2 (jute or plastic bottom) on a surface that can be covered with a lining within 20-30 minutes
- lay the carpet and press firmly
- allow to dry for a minimum of 12 hours
- clean fresh dirt and tools with water, remove hardened glue only mechanically
