Secura Mat polymer protective coating

Polymer dispersion (object)is a coating for direct protection of flexible linings (PVC, CV, linoleum) and mineral substrates. Secura Mat’s polymer protective coating undoubtedly creates a durable coating that protects the carpets from abrasion and scratching. It leaves a silky matte coating to prevent excessive slippage in accordance with DIN 51131, which undoubtedly meets the DIN 18032 and EN 14904 standards for use on sports floors. What’s more, the average time of operation on the floor in a facility with normal traffic is 12 months.

Use:

Before use, first of all, it is necessary to shake intensively the container with Secura Matt Polymer Coating. Apply an even, thin layer on a properly prepared floor (after installation or after thorough cleaning) using the Coating Kit. After about 45 min. a second layer should be applied crosswise to the previous layer. Allow to dry completely for approx. 8 hours.

Note:

During application and drying, adequate ventilation should be ensured, drafts and strong sunlight should be avoided, and the surface should be protected from dust. In addition, the central underfloor heating should be switched off.
