The scope of work (repair of the floor – substrate for finishing layers) covered by the price includes: cleaning the substrate (without milling), grinding vacuuming, priming with a polymer preparation, making a leveling layer of 6 mm thickness< with a strength of 20 MPa.

The price applies to materials and labor for areas of min. 50 m2, which does not require additional specialized repairs (e.g. “sewing concrete”, moisture insulation, … ) and supplements – ordering these activities is possible after determining the details.

For areas of less than 50 m2 or more than 150 m2, the price may be higher or lower, respectively.

Depending on the place of work, the final price may include additional transport and travel costs.
