Sandwich tiles are made of rubber granules with a 24-color colored EPDM top layer. Resistant to weather conditions, including frost, UV rays, water and snow. Elements of this system are manufactured in thicknesses from 25 to 90 mm and meet the HIC safety factor in the range from 1 to 2.8 m. Thanks to their application, it is possible to create safe and aesthetic surfaces of playgrounds, Jordan gardens and sports fields. There, safety in the event of a fall is an essential condition for their proper functioning. Resistance to weather conditions, water permeability, eliminating the formation of puddles, limited maintenance requirements, as well as the possibility of using both on aggregate substructures and on stable finished surfaces such as: concrete, paving, tiles, resin, OSB, etc. make that these solutions are used more and more often. The ease and speed of installation, the ability to lay on any type of substrate and the reasonable installation costs of SpeedFloor SBR / EPDM make the system common and liked by both designers and users.
