WARRANTY: MAINTAINING THE CLEANLINESS OF CARPETS

The Guarantee of Maintaining the Cleanliness of Carpets applies to floors made of synthetic carpet fibers and natural fibers (after prior consultation), which are installed in public facilities such as offices, offices, schools, hospitals, sports facilities, etc.

The Guarantee of Maintaining the Cleanliness of Carpets is a supplement to the guarantee of the carpet manufacturer with the scope of daily care, thorough cleaning and protection of the floor with impregnation.

We guarantee the preservation of all technical parameters in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty of the carpet throughout its duration.

The most important issues are:

• no restrictions due to wiper zones or dirt retention barriers
• limitation of the warranty only to damage caused by non-standard use of floors, in particular: mechanical damage caused by, for example: deliberate action, lack of protection of furniture and its moving, moving heavy objects without protection, etc.
• The warranty does not cover incorrect installation of the lining or defective substrate
• The warranty does not cover flooding or the use of aggressive chemistry on the floor
• The warranty expires when, during its validity, products other than those recommended by Dr. are used to clean and care for the floor. Schutz Poland

Dr. Schutz as a manufacturer of chemicals for cleaning and maintenance of floors guarantees that the use of technology and products Dr. Schutz properly maintains and protects the floor.

How does it work?

1. As authorized by Dr. Schutz Polska firma makes an assessment of the condition of the floor free of charge, in the presence of the User/ Investor.
2. The User/Investor receives information about the condition of the floor, a proposal for its cleaning and care and the price for the service
3. After accepting the price and setting the conditions, the service is performed.
4. As a company providing the service, we register the guarantee on the website www.gwarancja.dr-Schutz.eu
5. After registering the Guarantee, the User/Investor receives the following documents by e-mail: warranty certificate, warranty conditions, instructions for cleaning and care of a given floor.
6. To maintain the operation of the Guarantee, cleaning and care of carpets should be carried out in accordance with the Instructions.
7. Before the upcoming next inspection period (in accordance with the warranty period), the User/Investor as well as the service company receive a notification of an upcoming visit to assess the condition of the floor.
8. The parties agree on the need to renovate the floor or to extend the Warranty for a specified period.
9. After the service is provided, the User / Investor receives a new Guarantee.
